Maureen and I decided this was going to be an adventure weekend, so Saturday was riding Amtrak (Odin LOVES trains) a whole 14 minutes away to the town of Davis to get breakfast, then back again. Sunday was heading to Alameda for a bay area nostalgia day which turned out to be us hanging out in Benicia (turns out the bridge was closed and we didn’t look).

Overall, it was just such a great weekend with the kids, we were happy, busy, trying new things and excited.
