Have you not been able to get your toddler home to see his extended family due to a global pandemic?
Are you itching to travel far and wide over the holiday season?
Do you dislike rhetorical questions such as these?
Well, you’re in luck! We went to CT for Thanksgiving, Here’s how it was!
Want to fly cross-country with a Toddler?
Well, you’re in luck again! Maureen and I (mostly me) had a ton of anxiety around this, as we had booked red-eye flights and really had no idea how Odin would handle the trip. Amazingly, he did great. Obligatory pictures below:

Hanging around CT
It had been a long time since we had all been home, and was really great to spend time with everyone!

Thanksgiving!
While Odin had technically met his cousins before, being 6 months old doesn’t exactly lend to good bonding. With him being older, and Drews kids being great, it was a really great Thanksgiving.
Margaret and Raghib hosted at the new house which was another reason to celebrate.

We’re big city people- NYC
Maureen and I wanted to capitalize on my family eagerness (willingness) to babysit Odin, Raghib’s knowledge of NYC and our proximity to the area, we took an overnight trip to NYC for a vacation within a vacation.
