Always a hit, July 2022 brought a trip to Big Ass trees. Some highlights:

• Spending time with Randi (Isaac’s Girlfriend) who made the pilgrimage for the first time
• Seeing the new Top Gun movie in the Eureka Theatre….it had been a LONG time since I’d gone to a movie theatre since COVID
• While hanging out in Eureka, I got a funny feeling about the hotel reservation at our usual place in Crescent City, CA. After calling, my suspicion was confirmed and we actually didn’t have a reservation. We made home base in Eureka and had an awesome weekend.
