So, when I moved back to California, I was lucky enough for PG&E to put me up in some corporate housing for a few months. Being the “cool, young” guy I was (am?), I requested housing in Berkeley. The housing they gave me was about 300 feet from an Amtrak Station…not very conducive for sleeping.
One day Raymond came up to me at work and offered me an apartment he owns. After confirming it’s not within a stone’s throw of a train track, I accepted. This post is just documenting how awesome that place was. You know….just showing off here.
1168 Besito Avenue, Berkeley-
When I moved in, I noticed the carpet was gross, so i volunteered to install some hardwood flooring. My wonderful girlfriend volunteered to help- she’s a keeper!

Some shots of inside the place:
Aaaaaaand finally…..the real reason you are here- the view!
